 SHIPPING INFORMATION

  HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Shopokcdodgers.com offers reliable USPS shipping. We use USPS to ship USPS Priority. We have flat rates for all of our shipping, that way no matter how much you order, it’s the same cost. USPS allows us to have all of our packages insured and tracked for your convenience. We are currently unable to ship internationally; as soon as we are able there will be information on our site!

 CAN YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes and will need a physical address to ship to.

CAN YOU SHIP TO APO ADDRESSES?

 Currently we are unable to ship to APO addresses but are working on integrating that into our site. Check back for more information.

 WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

 All of our orders are shipped out of the Oklahoma City Dodgers Team Store at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. We require 2-3 business days of processing time. Once your order has been shipped, depending on your ship to location a ground package can take anywhere from 1-7 business days to get within the continental United States.

 CAN I PAY TO HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED FASTER?

 If you wish to have your order shipped priority (overnight, 2-day, etc.), please contact the team store directly before placing the order online. We will try to get your order shipped within the requested time frame.

RETURNS

  If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you received, we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original order. If you are returning an item that was shipped to you incorrectly or arrived damaged please contact us immediately so that we can better assist you with this issue. Please allow up to 14 business days for exchanges and returns to be processed. We do not refund shipping costs on any returns or exchanges.


When sending items back, please include the following information:

 Name

 Address

 Original order number (if available)

 Contact information such as email and/or phone

 A note indicating the product you are returning and the reason for your return/exchange along with the action you would like for us to take

 

For exchanges there is a $7 fee, which covers the cost of shipping the items back to you. Please include either a money order or your credit card number for this and any additional charges. Please make all payments to: OKC Dodgers. If you do not include payment, we will contact you for your credit card information.


We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit when shipped back to us. It is recommended that you insure and track your packages. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your request for any reason, we will contact you to discuss alternate options.

If you need this item for a specific occasion we suggest you place a new order for the item you want and then just send back the unwanted item to us for a credit to your account so that you get your item in time.
